50″ Inch High Weapon Racks compliment 44″ H Stackable Weapon Racks with a little more internal height for taller weapons. 50″ Inch High Weapon Racks store the taller rifles that will not fit in standard 44″ H Weapon Racks.
At 50″ high, these weapon racks can be stacked with the right height clearance and observing the fire code.
In the early 2000s, the M12 Small Arms Storage Rack started getting replaced with Universal Weapon Racks, beginning a period of time when many units were able to fully enclose weapons and gear in a weapon cabinet with doors.
Why 50″ H Weapon Racks?
50″ H Weapon Racks are perfect for smaller quantities of weapons or for unit separation inside of consolidated arms rooms. With racks able to be stacked two levels high, 50″ H Weapon Racks provide clear separation of weapons per rack with 8 internal lock rods and a rotating pad-lockable lock bar on the exterior.
50″ H Weapon Racks are also easier to transport to the range or deploy with optional carry handles available as an accessory.
While many units have migrated from stackable weapon racks to full height weapon racks that can store two tiers of weapons inside of the same cabinet, there is still a place in arms rooms for 50″ H Weapon Racks given shared arms rooms and smaller quantities of weapons and gear to be stored.
