M134 Weapon Storage Rack – M134s are six barrel rotary machine guns with Gatling style rotating barrels and an external power source. M134s or miniguns have several designations (M134, XM196, GAU-2/A & GAU-17/A). Minguns are one of the most awkward shaped weapons stored in arms rooms, causing their spacing to require more width than any other weapon stored.
With the M134 weighing in excess of 80 lbs per weapon, we have designated an extra heavy duty reinforced steel heavy weapon base to support the weight of the M134 and also ensure the weapon will always be stored angled away from the door of the weapon rack to the back of the cabinet.
Our fully welded M134 Weapon Storage Rack cabinets meet & exceed US DOD physical security regulations including AR 190-11, OPNAVINST 5530.13C, DOD 5100.76-M & MCO 5530.14A for arms storage requirements and stowage of small arms & are also TACOM certified with assigned National Stock Numbers and on our GSA Schedule GS-07F-0661W.
