M60 Weapon Storage Rack – M60s are 7.62 mm belt fed machine guns, largely replaced by the M240 but still in use in most branches as well as foreign military units. M60s are stored double spaced inside Combat Weapon Racks to allow for the spacing of the bi-pod attached to the weapon.
The M60 is still in use by US NAVY SEAL units and as a door gun on US Army helicopters. The M60 is still gradually being phased out but will be found in some arms rooms across the US DOD.
Our fully welded M60 Weapon Storage Rack cabinets meet & exceed US DOD physical security regulations including AR 190-11, OPNAVINST 5530.13C, DOD 5100.76-M & MCO 5530.14A for arms storage requirements and stowage of small arms & are also TACOM certified with assigned National Stock Numbers and on our GSA Schedule GS-07F-0661W.
